SKIN CONSULTATION WITH OBSERV 520X

OBSERV 520x is a state of the art skin analysing system that assists us with accurate skin condition diagnosis at both the epidermal and dermal layer. Many skin conditions that surface in time originate from the deeper skin layers and are difficult to diagnose with the human eye. The Observ exposes those conditions by using a patented skin fluorescence and polarized light illumination technology. Using this unique technology we can instantly reveal skin conditions, create awareness and propose a treatment program just for you.

BOTOX

Our facial expressions change because the muscles in the face contract or relax. Anti Wrinkle Injections are injected into a specific muscle it blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscles in the face. This is not permanent but it will last for around 3 – 4 months.

After Anti Wrinkle injections, your skin around the area which has been treated will look smooth and less wrinkled. Anti Wrinkle Injections allow the untreated areas of your face to move as normal and you will still be able to laugh, smile and frown, but with less wrinkling of the skin in the areas treated.

DERMAL FILLERS

Dermal fillers help to restore our skin to its former youthful appearance. Dermal Fillers are injected into the skin in areas where it needs to be plumped up again and made to look firmer.

We use Teosyal pure sense and Juvederm Ultra dermal fillers, 100% hyaluronic acid-based wrinkle filling injections with lignocaine local anesthetic built-in to enhance comfort during the procedure.

LIP FILLER

Whether you already have full lips and simply want to enhance them further, or have thin lips and have always longed for a full, perfect pout, Lip Fillers could be the treatment to suit you.

We use the Juvederm ultra range of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers and also provide the latest Volift lip Filler treatment using Vycross® technology which provides you with smoother and more natural, longer-lasting lip volume. The Volift filler lasts for up to 12 months.

PROFHILO & MESOTHERAPY

Profhilo is neither a mesotherapy product nor a dermal filler. It represents a new category of treatments in improving skin quality. The production procedure of Profhilo begins with a simple mix of 32mg HA-H (high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid) and 32mg HA-L (low molecular weight Hyaluronic acid). The mixture is then put through thermal stabilisation, rather than chemical additives, to achieve cross linking.

Mesotherapy delivers vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into the skin to nourish and rejuvenate. It can be used on the face, neck and décolletage (Chest) to treat sagging skin, deep lines which are signs of ageing.

It is also a popular way for younger customers to prevent the onset of wrinkles. Mesotherapy involves multiple injections of a scientifically customised blend of collagen-stimulating vitamins, injected into the layer of skin just below the surface using a very fine needle.

SKIN PEELS

We offer a range of skin peels to suit every skin type and need. If you prefer less downtime and a milder peels then opt for the ZO skin stimulation, Blue Radiance or Glycolic peel. If you want more dramatic results or have skin concerns such as acne scarring or pigmentation and don’t mind 3-4 days downtime with skin peeling, then the ZO 3-step peel or Perfect Peel is for you.

SKINPEN microneedling

The collagen P.I.N ™ is a new innovation in aesthetic medicine for the treatment of fine lines, acne scars and improvement of the skin’s overall appearance. Collagen P.I.N ™ micro-needling utilises the same technology as the well-known Dermapen™ but has three times more needles, giving optimum results. 

Prior to the treatment a local anaesthetic cream is applied to the skin. This makes the procedure comfortable with minimal discomfort. During the microneedling procedure, a growth serum is applied to the skin and the collagen P.I.N device is then glided across the treatment area. Tiny needles within the device are used to create controlled ‘micro-injuries’ to the skin in order to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. The treatment will also allow topical serums and creams to be absorbed more effectively into the skin.

All treatments in our clinic are undertaken by qualified medical professionals, therefore we are able to use the enhanced ‘medical grade’ micro-needling device. This allows deeper penetration of needles into the skin, giving  far better results than the same treatment carried out by non-medics, such as beauticians.

SKIN TAG & WART REMOVAL

Skin tags and moles are benign (non-cancerous) skin lesions that are formed of excess skin that can appear anywhere on the body. They are very common in both men and women and are traditionally removed by surgery to cut the lesion away from the skin. There are now less invasive non-surgical options in the form of Plexr plasma treatment that is as effective as surgery but without the need for stitches or cutting.

THREAD VEIN REMOVAL

Thread veins (Also known as spider veins, capillary veins or broken veins) are purple or blue coloured prominent veins in the skin seen most commonly in the legs. They are harmless but are sometimes uncomfortable and may be very unsightly.  The cause of thread veins is often unknown but can be common after pregnancy, with hormone changes or if you have a job where you stand or sit for long periods. 

Thread vein removal (known as Sclerotherapy)  is a safe and well established treatment for unsightly thread veins or spider veins  on the legs and is considered to be the gold standard treatment available. Although there are a number of alternative treatments, it remains the most reliably successful of them all, with an improvement in their appearance of 60 – 80%.

It is not suitable for patients who have varicose veins (lumpy, wriggly veins) or for facial veins.

DERMAPLANING

As we age, our cell turnover decreases and this affects our skin texture and tone, Dermaplaning gently buffs the top layer of dead skin cells away helps to reveal a brighter and smoother complexion leaving skin ultra-smooth and perfectly prepped for make-up, so it takes on an “airbrushed” finish.

Dead skin cells make your complexion look dull and contribute to clogged pores and spots. Dermaplaning clears the way so skin peels, facials, skin products and serums can get down into the skin where they need to be rather than sitting on the skin’s surface. It also removes peach fuzz / vellus (fine) hair on the face and creates clear channels into the skin as well as a soft, smooth surface for makeup to glide on flawlessly.
