Covid-19

  • Masks must be worn upon entering the studio.

  • Sanitize your hands.

  • If you arrive early, please notify us of your arrival before entering the studio.

  • If you experience any flu like symptoms DO NOT come to your appointment & notify the studio ASAP.

  • No guests

    We appreciate your support!

Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only.

  • New clients are required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit for lash extensions upon booking.

  • A $50% non-refundable deposit is required at least two weeks prior for Powder Brows.

  • A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

  • Deposits can be paid via ACB, PayPal, Cash or Card.

  • All deposits will be applied towards the total of your service.

  • All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

  • Automatic courtesy email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment.

  • We understand that emergencies happen, but please respect our time as last minute cancellations & no shows hurt our small business!

Late Arrivals

  • As a courtesy to others, if you are more than 10 minutes late and you did not contact the studio ahead of time your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% service fee will be added to your next appointment.

  • In order for us to stay on time for all our clients we may shorten your appointment time if you arrive late, but you will be required to pay the full service price.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel please give at least 24 hours notice.

  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

  • NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED & YOU WILL BE BANNED.

  • Same day cancellations may be required to pay a 50% service fee at your next appointment or forfeit your deposit.

  • You are fully responsible for managing, changing and/or cancelling your appointments.

Lash Integrity

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality products & services. Due to a wide variation in the application of eyelash extensions & standards with other lash artists we DO NOT re-lash eyelashes that have been applied elsewhere without prior approval, therefore a lash removal appointment must be booked along with a full set appointment.

Child Policy

To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, we do not allow children under the age of 5 at our studio. This policy is also for the safety of your child as you are not able to tend to them during your appointment.
